How long should I stay out of the area after treatment?
It’s generally recommended to wait 2–4 hours before returning home.
Why do some pests require multiple treatments?
Pests like fleas, ticks, and bed bugs can be easily carried between locations, so it may take multiple visits to identify the source of the infestation and prevent re-infestation.
Do I need year-round service?
Some bugs, like bed bugs, fleas, roaches, and spiders, are active year-round, so you may need to reapply products every 90 days to maintain a barrier.
Is your company locally owned?
Yes, we are local to the Kalamazoo area.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We believe our service is our contract. We do have a service agreement that will need to be signed to allow us permission and set expectations. You can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice.
What experience or training do you technicians have?
All of our technicians are certified through the Michigan Department of Agriculture. The thing we value the most here at Pest Pros is lifelong learning. We train consistently with the best educators in our industry.
